Quitting the Blame Game

“We rely on blame—by others and of ourselves—to avoid the truth that our lives and the lives of our loved ones are fragile.” ~Virginia Buckingham

May I let go of the habit of blaming.

May I take responsibility for my attitudes, words, and actions.

Life is fragile. Be present, kind, and compassionate.
